TICKETING: Online, Charge by phone, mail order, & Print at home

BACKGROUND: Together Christian Happenings and iTickets.com provide ticket sales nationwide, servicing over 1,500 events annually, across multiple event categories. We offer a full box office, handling ticket sales via online, charge by phone, mail-in, and print at home options. In 2005, we sold 250,000 tickets valued at 4 million. Clients include Concert Services Inc, Premier Productions, Rush Concerts, Teen Mania (Acquire the Fire), Young & Associates, and the Illinois Christian Teen Convention.

SERVICE: We accept orders 24 hours a day via our web sites iTickets.com and christianhappenings.com and Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-6:00 pm EST via our toll free number (800-965-9324). Calls received after business hours are directed to voice mail and all calls are returned the next business morning. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and debitcards.

TICKET PRINTING: Promoters often provide tickets. If you need tickets printed, call our office and we can arrange that for you. Print at home tickets are our newest option. Please contact our office for more details.

CHARGES: Ticket customers are charged a ticket service fee based on the cost of the ticket. Customers ordering online are charged approximately 13% per ticket plus $1.00 per web order and customers ordering by phone are charged approximately 15% per ticket (ie: $1.30 or $1.50 per ticket on a $10 ticket). There is a minimum service charge of $4.00 per order on phone orders. In the chance of a show cancellation, our service charge is non refundable.

ORDER FULFILLMENT: We mail tickets to customers via first class mail. Tickets for all orders received within ten days prior to the event will be made available on the date of the event at Will-Call by the promoter. A Will-Call list will be faxed or emailed to the promoter prior to the show.

SALES UPDATES: We fax updates of our ticket sales three times a week. Promoters can view updates on-line at the iTickets.com web site as often as they wish. Sales updates are also available by calling our office at
614-410-4140. (Please call before noon.)

SETTLEMENT: Ticket sales revenue is mailed via first class US mail, 3 business days after the event. Other methods of transmitting funds can be considered, such as FedEx and wired transfers.
